The three pastini — traditional dry-stone terraces located in close proximity to Clanz — are officially designated as buildable land. However, limited access and weak infrastructural connectivity have so far prevented larger construction activities. Exposed to the south, the terraces overlook the Gulf of Trieste and occupy a particularly privileged position within the hillside landscape.
Current activities focus on the care and gradual regeneration of the existing tree population — primarily fig and plum trees — as well as on the seasonal cultivation of a small section for vegetable production.
